Client mistakenly missed his Court date and a default temporary order was entered. Mr. Granata was retained to fix the default temporary order and successfully argued his Motion to Reconsider the default temporary order. Sole primary custody was switched to his client, a finding of family violence against the other side was entered, child and spousal support was undone and the other side was Ordered to pay support to Mr. Granata’s client.
