November 13th: Mr. Granata successfully obtained a modification to a residency restriction allowing his client to move so as to allow her to obtain her MBA by showing that the move (and the degree) would be a positive improvement for her, the children and the non-custodial parent.

November 5th 2014: Mr. Granata successfully litigated a 50/50 shared possession schedule for his client.
